At VidyutTejas, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Mechanical Keyboards, Gaming Mice, and Smart Watches. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for hygiene, safety, or digital nature reasons:

  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
  • Personalized or custom-configured items (unless defective).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item with all original contents. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

You will receive the refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

Damaged or Defective Items
