By accessing and purchasing from the VidyutTejas website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VidyutTejas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Orders

VidyutTejas sells Mechanical Keyboards, Gaming Mice, and Smart Watches. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept only upon sending an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. User Conduct and Accounts

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout. While a user account is not required for purchase, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order details and for all activities that occur under your email address.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to VidyutTejas for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

6. Refund and Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be provided.
  • Non-eligible Items: Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, opened software, or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Defective Products: For products deemed defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.

7. Modifications to Terms

VidyutTejas reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site.
